Q. How long will it take for me to receive my items?
It usually takes 1 or 2 business days. In the worst case scenario, it may take up to 5 days depending the Australia Post operations.
Q. What are the minimum limits for purchasing cheap cigarettes or tobacco?
Minimum order is 2 cartons.
Q. When I get my order, should I pay any further duties or taxes?
you won't pay any further taxes or duties. We post orders only within Australia.
Q. Do you share buyer information with any other parties?
No, all customer information is strictly confidential and used only in the sales process. We do not share your details with any other parties.
Q. How to order and what payment methods do you accept?
Add your items to cart and go to checkout when finished. We currently accept Net Banking Transfer. Our bank account number and BSB are included on the checkout page.
Q. How much do you charge for tobacco shipments?
We ship all shisha tobacco and cigarettes cartons for FREE via Australia Post Express service. Our products (Cartons of cigarettes and packs of Shisha tobacco) will be shipped from Australia via Australia Express Mail Service.
Q. What are the terms in regards to returning items and receiving a refund?
You can return the items you have purchased online for any reason within 30 days as long as the purchased items are unopened and unused and in original condition with the original sealing wrapped around them. Customers who would like to return items and ask for a refund must pay for the shipment and once the items are received at our facility, the refund will be issued.
